PAMELA BIBEAULT, RNC, MS, NHA, CLNC, CPHQ, CHC
President
Pam serves as a clinical and administrative consultant, assisting skilled nursing and assisted living facilities toward achieving optimal outcomes and compliance with state and federal regulations. Pam is a registered nurse and a licensed nursing home administrator. Previous to her role at Triad Health Care, Pam held management positions within the long-term and acute care industries. Her experience includes successful service as a director of nursing services and as a nursing home administrator. Pam is also certified as a legal nurse consultant (CLNC) and certified in healthcare compliance (CHC) from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA). Pam received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Rhode Island College in 1987 and a Master’s of Science degree in Health Services Administration by Salve Regina University in 1997. She is also Board Certified in Gerontology and Nursing Administration from the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is certified in Interdisciplinary Practice in Geriatrics through the University of Rhode Island’s Geriatric Education Program. Pam is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) through the National Association of Health Care Quality (NAHQ). She is a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators, the Quality Improvement Committee for RIHCA, and the National Alliance of Certified Legal Nurse Consultants.
DONNA WELTER, RN, BS
Clinical Consultant
Donna brings to Triad nearly 40 years of experience in the field of nursing and health care. A former state surveyor in Georgia and Rhode Island, she is a registered nurse with extensive knowledge and skill surrounding the regulatory process and quality assurance. Her recent experience includes inspecting long-term care facilities to ensure compliance with state and federal care and service regulations. Donna received her Bachelor of Science Health Arts degree from the College of St. Francis of Joliet, IL in 1993 and her Nursing Diploma from Roger Williams General Hospital School of Nursing in 1972.
STACEY RANUCCI, RPh., CGP, CDE
Clinical Consultant Pharmacist
Stacey serves as the clinical geriatric consultant pharmacist for Triad Health Care. Stacey is a registered pharmacist with nearly 20 years of experience in the pharmacy profession. She is a Certified Geriatric Pharmacist serving long-term care facilities in Rhode Island to maintain federal and state regulations. Stacey is certified in Medication Therapy Management and Immunization. She is a current fellow with the Rhode Island Geriatric Education Center for certification in Interdisciplinary Practice in Geriatrics and a preceptor for the University of Rhode Island, College of Pharmacy. Previous to her role at Triad Health Care, she worked as a Consultant Pharmacist in long-term care for 15 years and as a community pharmacist. Stacey received her Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island in 1998. Stacey is an active member of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists and the Rhode Island Pharmacists Association.
